Maddie's graduation gift

To my surprise, Marty thought it would be fun to get Maddie's ears pierced as her graduation gift. She has been asking for "holes" in her ears for two years. She did so well! The boutique that pierced them has a new type of gun that doesn't make the loud "pop" sound. I remember that from getting my ears pierced many years ago. The new piercing gun is completely silent, so there were no tears shed - just big smiles!
